PLAY. is a psychosomatic healing practice and sensorial infused experience, which focuses on embodiment and soul-awareness, by blending movement, sound, and ancient traditions to facilitate personal and collective transformation.
Drawing inspiration from esoteric principals, dance, kinesiology, calisthenics, and the afro-brazilian principle of Axé, PLAY. aims to reconnect individuals to themselves, others, and our shared universal field.
Set in contemporary spaces with integrative evolving pl-AI technology, which subtly responds to verbal and energetic cues, deepening the sense of collective presence and guiding the experience in real time.

Somatic practitioner, movement facilitator, and founder of PLAY.
My work sits at the intersection of body, healing, ritual, and personal transformation, by integrating somatic psychology and movement-based practices with supersensible inquiry.
Trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, the SAH Method, and trauma-informed studies through Oxford’s CPD programme, alongside supersensible perception gained through Applied Spiritual Research Burdich, and a background in classical dance and Afro-Brazilian arts.
Over the years, I have dedicated myself to understanding how the body holds our past and how it can release these narratives.
Through one-to-one sessions and group rituals, I provide a space for healing that allows individuals to move through what the mind alone cannot process: old patterns, stored tension, suppressed emotions.
My approach is intuitive, deeply attuned to individual needs, and focused on collective liberation - guiding people back to themselves.
